Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect daily civil construction activities on site.
• Verify materials, equipment, and workmanship meet project requirements.
• Witness and review inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate inspections and hold points with contractors and clients; raise and track RFIs and NCRs to closure.
• Monitor HSE compliance across all site activities and elevate unsafe conditions.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, technical queries, and as-built documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain site records including reports, diaries, photos, test reports, and progress updates.
• Monitor progress against schedule and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination among civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other stakeholders.
• Assist handover activities ensuring completion of punch lists and documentation.
