Qualifications

• Extensive experience working on US healthcare accounts, including knowledge of US benefits.
• At least 3 years of experience in process improvement and Quality Assurance within healthcare, with a total professional experience of no less than 7 years.
• Preferred: Six Sigma methodologies and certifications.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis, Lean methodologies, corrective and preventive actions, and quality management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Map current processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead process improvement projects, manage initiatives, and oversee successful implementation of changes.
• Apply tools like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to facilitate process improvements.
• Develop metrics and reports to monitor process performance and assess the impact of improvements.
