Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience.
• Ability to meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified talents to meet associate hiring requirements for specific clients.
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone screens.
• Schedule onsite/virtual interviews and administer assessments.
• Make offers and assist onboarding for each hire.
• Represent TTEC at job fairs and community events.
