Job summary

TTEC in Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join onsite and drive talent acquisition efforts. You will handle end-to-end recruiting for specific clients, screen applications, conduct interviews, and guide offers and onboarding to successful hires.

You will work with the Talent Acquisition team to meet aggressive hiring goals, represent TTEC at job fairs, and ensure compliance with client requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recruiting experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and positive demeanor in candidate interactions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified talents to meet associate hiring requirements for specific clients.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, administer assessments, schedule interviews, and manage offers and onboarding.
• Represent TTEC at job fairs and community events; meet aggressive recruiting goals.
• Adhere to hiring policies and requirements for each client.
• Ensure candidate meets legal requirements and proper documentation in Taleo.
