Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Associate Recruiter to work on-site in Novaliches, Quezon City, Philippines. You will recruit for multiple clients, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews and onboarding for new hires.

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and contribute to aggressive recruitment goals while representing TTEC at job fairs and community events. A high-energy, detail-oriented recruiter is a fit for this role.

• Maintain Taleo data entry and weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
• Manage high-volume recruitment with efficiency and accuracy.
