Job summary

Automart is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Onground Sales Adviser to assist clients through the vehicle-buying journey. You will be the frontline representative in our showroom and warehouse, handling inquiries, coordinating inspections, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to turnover.

The role requires strong communication, a service orientation, and the ability to work independently or with a team on-site at Bustos, Bulacan.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work on-site and in a team.
• Organized and detail-oriented with good documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in clients with vehicle inquiries and product information.
• Schedule and coordinate unit inspections with prospective buyers.
• Conduct physical inspections of vehicle units to verify their condition.
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory records.
• Follow up on customer applications and liaise with internal teams for processing.
• Coordinate with banks and financing partners regarding client documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
