Job summary

Wuling Automobile Philippines Corp. is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to greet customers in the showroom and via other channels, identify needs, and propose suitable vehicle models and variants.

You will demo vehicles, prepare quotations, present financing options and promotions, follow up to build relationships, and strive to hit monthly and annual targets. Weekend work and strong communication skills are essential; experience in automotive or retail sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• College graduate is an advantage.
• Preferably with experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and results-driven.
• Confident in presenting and explaining products.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by the dealership schedule.
• Must be willing to meet assigned sales targets.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and through other sales channels.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and variants.
• Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other required sales documents.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospects and customers.
• Generate sales leads through referrals, events, social media, and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate with Sales Administration, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth processing of vehicle sales.
