Everise Philippines is seeking a Trainer to develop and deliver training for our contact center teams, focusing on customer service and sales aligned with client expectations.

The role requires at least 1 year of BPO training experience, 2 years of college, and strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. The position is full-time and onsite in Molino, Cavite, with shifting schedules.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of Trainer experience in BPO.
• Completed at least 2 years of college education.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint/Word).
• Willing to work full onsite in Molino, Bacoor City, Cavite.
• Amenable to a shifting schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver new hire and ongoing training with emphasis on customer service and sales skills, client product knowledge, and Everise policies.
• Deliver training in virtual or brick-and-mortar facilities.
• Maintain high graduation success rates and on-the-job performance.
• Collaborate with clients to design/modify curriculum and materials.
• Plan engaging activities and incentives for trainees.
