Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced Bookkeeper (With Payroll) to join our Angeles City team. The role focuses on data entry, general ledger maintenance, payroll processing, and accurate financial reporting in a collaborative office environment.

You will handle cashflow reporting, reconciliations, year-end tasks, and ad-hoc analyses while ensuring compliance with local requirements. Onsite work in Pampanga is required, with ample growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AU bookkeeping experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field
• Experience with XERO or Buildertrend (training provided)
• High attention to detail and strong numerical/analytical skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Willing to work onsite – Angeles City, Pampanga

Responsibilities

• Data entry and general ledger maintenance including categorizing and monitoring expenses
• Cashflow reporting and weekly banking activity monitoring with accurate reports for budgeting
• Prepare bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations
• Month-end reconciliations and monthly management reports
• Support year-end processes and ad-hoc financial analysis
• Payroll management including pay slips, STP, superannuation remittance, and leave entitlements
• Payroll tax reporting and reconciliation; Workcover annual reconciliation
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable; prepare monthly statements and debtor collections
• Balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations; fixed assets register management
