You will be the heartbeat of our client relations, guiding customers through solutions, resolving service concerns with confidence, and delivering high-impact service in a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and problem-solving drive success. The position is onsite in BGC, Taguig City, with a salary package up to 29,000 PHP.

Qualifications

• High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 1 year of BPO experience required.
• Good English communication skills and amenable to onsite on a shifting and graveyard schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through appropriate support channels while providing accurate information regarding premium telco products and services.
• Assist customers with account and service-related concerns, documenting interactions and updating account information when needed.
• Follow company policies and quality standards to deliver a positive, high-impact customer experience on every interaction.
