Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of Barista or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of branch operations including beverage prep, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Taytay, Rizal and shifting schedules.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items per company recipes and standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests and taking orders.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/cashless transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory, replenish stocks, and assist with stock receiving.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cafe and equipment.
• Support daily branch operations with opening/closing duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
