But First, Coffee Inc. in Mandaluyong City is seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team.

You will prepare beverages and light menu items, welcome guests, take orders, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining our standards of quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of experience in a fast-paced cafe or customer service role, strong communication skills, and a flexible, full-time onsite schedule including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of branch operations including beverage prep, cashiering, inventory and food safety standards.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work full-time onsite and reside in Mandaluyong City or nearby areas.
• Flexible to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and resolving concerns.
• Operate POS system and handle cash/cashless transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish stocks, and assist with stock receiving/documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of café and equipment per food safety standards.
• Support daily branch operations with opening/closing duties and teamwork.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support business needs.
