Job summary

But First, Coffee Inc. in Makati is seeking a dedicated Barista to join our busy café. You will prepare beverages, greet customers, handle orders, and ensure quality and cleanliness while upholding our brand standards.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of experience, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work full-time onsite on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista, Food and Beverage crew, or in a customer service-related role.
• Knowledgeable in branch operations, including customer service, beverage preparation, cash handling, inventory management and food safety standards.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, processing payments, and resolving customer concerns professionally.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and cashless transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish stocks, and assist with stock receiving and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café, equipment, and work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Support daily branch operations by completing opening and closing duties and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support business needs.
