But First Coffee in Taytay, Rizal is seeking a dedicated Barista to join our onsite team. You will prepare beverages and foods to company standards, greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and ensure a warm, efficient cafe experience.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a passion for service in a fast-paced setting. Prior barista or F&B experience is preferred; willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Barista, F&B crew, or customer service role.
• Knowledge of branch operations, customer service, beverage prep, cash handling, inventory, sales reporting, and sanitation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items per recipes and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service; greet guests, take orders, process payments, resolve concerns.
• Operate POS and handle cash/cashless transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels; replenish stocks and assist with stock receipt/docs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per food safety standards.
• Support daily branch operations with opening/closing duties and teamwork.
• Perform other tasks as needed by management.
