Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience as a Barista or in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of branch operations including beverage preparation and inventory management.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Taguig with shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and resolving customer concerns professionally.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and cashless transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish stocks, and assist with stock receiving and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the café, equipment, and work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Support daily branch operations by completing opening and closing duties and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support business needs.
