Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to accurately process over-the-counter transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and remittances, in line with bank standards.

The role emphasizes courteous customer service and adherence to regulatory requirements. The candidate will work on-site in Manila 1 Area and should have a business-related degree and up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Manila 1 Area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
