Job summary

Brainbox is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records using MYOB. The role supports payroll, reporting, and compliance tasks in a dynamic, on-site Pampanga office.

Ideal candidates have experience in bookkeeping, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of Australian financial regulations. This onsite position offers growth and a chance to work with a diverse client base in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related roles in an Australian-based company.
• Strong knowledge and proven experience in using MYOB is required.
• Understanding of Australian financial regulations, awards, and tax compliance.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks effectively.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using MYOB.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Payroll processing and superannuation.
• Manage BAS/IAS preparation support.
• Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
