The role is fully onsite at IT Park, Cebu, with a Monday–Friday schedule including mid and night shifts, serving as a direct-hire position within a logistics-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP platforms.
• Experience in logistics or financial analysis is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across regions.
• Oversee audit processes to identify and resolve exceptions accurately.
• Monitor KPI reports and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation for audits.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with carriers and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
