Audit Supervisor – Logistics

Location: Cebu City
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Fixed Graveyard Shift – 9:00 PM onwards
Coverage: 24/5 Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors supporting client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

The role is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the company's audit processes, identifying and resolving audit exceptions, achieving customer-level metrics and SLAs, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with experience in logistics, financial analysis, data auditing, customer management, or related operations, combined with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

• Lead and manage a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors supporting global client accounts.

• Allocate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Monitor individual and team performance against established KPIs and targets.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance.

• Motivate the team and foster a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Audit & Operations Management

• Ensure effective execution of the company's audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions.

• Monitor audit operations and ensure customer metrics and service level agreements are consistently achieved.

• Conduct weekly planning sessions using KPI reports and scorecards.

• Communicate team progress, achievements, and operational concerns.

• Prepare for and participate in audit reviews and team performance meetings.

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency.

• Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and compliance.

• Develop and regularly update process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions through SharePoint or other standard document repositories.

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and objectives.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for carrier and customer concerns, requests, and feedback.

• Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure high-quality and consistent service delivery across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, financial analysis, or a related field.

• Exposure to ERP/MRP systems and customer management is an advantage.

• Proven experience in team leadership, supervision, coaching, or people management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with relevant software, systems, and data analysis tools.

• Highly professional, proactive, dependable, and results-oriented.

• Ability to work effectively with employees, clients, carriers, and stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule to support 24/5 coverage.
