End-to-End Compliance Mastery: Drive the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for a diverse portfolio, including individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.
Meticulous File Finalization: Ensure reporting excellence by performing detailed reconciliations and preparing high-quality workpapers, collaborating closely with Senior Accountants to finalize jobs to Australian standards.
Operational Leadership: Elevate team productivity by utilizing cloud accounting software to its full potential while providing essential support and reviews for junior team members' tasks.
The Experience: A minimum of 3-4+ years of experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm is essential.
Technical Expertise: A solid, working knowledge of Australian tax rules, compliance standards, and the ability to manage a job workflow with minimal supervision.
The Toolkit: Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or other major Australian accounting platforms, combined with a high degree of attention to detail.
