Job summary

TOA Global in the Philippines is seeking an AU Junior Accountant to support Australian tax compliance and tax return preparation under mentorship. You will help with BAS and IAS, and ensure data accuracy for client audits.

You will collaborate with Australian partners to build technical excellence and growth toward Senior/leadership roles, while maintaining high-quality financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of mandatory experience in an Australian accounting firm or public practice.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of preparing individual returns and basic compliance in Australian context.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of individual and sole trader tax returns, advising BAS and IAS under mentorship.
• Manage bank reconciliations and account coding; complete simple workpapers for leadership insights.
• Collaborate with managers to deliver accurate, timely results across a diverse portfolio; communicate with international stakeholders.
