Job summary

TOA Global is seeking an AU Intermediate Accountant in Clark, Philippines to own complex compliance tasks and transform raw data into professional financial insights for Australian partners. You will prepare financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for a diverse portfolio and ensure high-quality workpapers in collaboration with Senior Accountants.

• Minimum 3-4+ years of experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax rules and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Xero or MYOB and attention to detail.

• End-to-End Compliance Mastery: Drive the preparation of financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.
• Meticulous File Finalization: Perform reconciliations and prepare workpapers; finalize jobs to Australian standards with Senior Accountants.

What You Bring

The Experience: A minimum of 3-4+ years of experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm is essential.

Technical Expertise: A solid, working knowledge of Australian tax rules, compliance standards, and the ability to manage a job workflow with minimal supervision.

The Toolkit: Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or other major Australian accounting platforms, combined with a high degree of attention to detail.
