Job summary

Infinitysportsinternational is seeking an Online Sales Associate in Makati to process orders accurately, ensure customer and shipping details are complete, and keep product listings, pricing, and availability current across online platforms.

You will provide responsive customer support through Facebook, WhatsApp, and other channels, proactively reach out to potential B2B clients via Facebook, TikTok, and messaging apps to generate leads, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in online or physical sales, account management or customer service.
• Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through digital platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Whatsapp, Viber).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with online sales platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Manage and regularly update product listings, pricing, and availability across online platforms.
