Job summary

Motoworld in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic live selling host to drive online sales across major platforms. You will host engaging livestreams, present motorcycle gear, and respond to viewers in real time to boost conversions.

Training will be provided for live selling and product knowledge. You will manage product listings, promotions, and customer interactions, with a focus on growth and learning in a fast-paced e-commerce team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree with at least 5 years in retail.
• Live selling experience; training will be provided.
• Confident, energetic communication on camera.
• Strong selling and customer engagement skills.
• Knowledge of motorcycle gears is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Willing to learn e-commerce platforms and promotions.
• Trustworthy, energetic, proactive, adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Host live-selling sessions on Shopee, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Present products clearly, highlighting features and promos.

Responsibilities:

• Live Selling: Host engaging and interactive live-selling sessions on Shopee, TikTok, and other E-commerce and social media platforms.

• Customer Engagement: Respond to viewers' questions and comments in real time and provide helpful product recommendations to encourage sales.

• Live Selling Preparation: Assist in preparing products, displays, props, and other materials needed for livestreams and ensure the live-selling area is properly set up.


• E-commerce Channel Management: Assist in managing E-commerce channels, including product uploading, updating product information, and implementing E-commerce promotions aligned with channel sales targets.


• Performance Monitoring: Track and review live-selling performance, customer engagement, and sales results, and provide recommendations for improvement.


• E-commerce Operations: Support other E-commerce-related activities and operational requirements as needed.

Qualifications / Core Skills:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's/College Degree in any field with at least 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.


• Live Selling Experience: With or without prior live-selling experience; training will be provided.


• Communication: Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking and engaging with customers on camera.


• Selling Skills: Strong communication, customer engagement, and sales skills with the ability to effectively promote products.


• Product Knowledge: Knowledge of motorcycle gears, accessories, and related products is an advantage.


• Computer Skills: Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


• E-commerce Skills: Willing to learn and handle E-commerce platforms, product listings, promotions, and other online selling activities.


• Work Attitude: Trustworthy, energetic, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new products and procedures.

• Willing to be assigned at Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
