Bespoke Stays Limited is seeking an Online Listings & Customer Success Specialist to join a fully remote team. The role focuses on managing digital listings, supporting customers, and stabilising daily operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, enjoys a digital environment, and can manage multiple responsibilities while working independently. Prior experience in listings or customer service is advantageous.

• Comfortable using online tools, software, and digital platforms
