Job summary

Roche Philippines is seeking a Patient Journey Partner (PJP), a field-based role designed to drive access to Roche innovations by engaging healthcare professionals, managing key accounts, and delivering KPI-driven outcomes in Metro Manila and Metro Manila North.

You will collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Digital, and Access teams, apply an omnichannel approach, articulate the clinical value of Roche products, map patient journeys, and co-create solutions to improve patient access to medicines.

Qualifications

• Healthcare professional qualification and/or university degree (life sciences) with practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies.
• An advanced degree in Life Sciences and/or MBA is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in sales/commercial/account management for government or major hospital accounts or equivalent.
• Strong capabilities in understanding and mapping patient journeys and related treatments in Oncology (Lung or Liver).
• Ability to formulate cross-functional strategies and orchestrate cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen with commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence.
