Roche Philippines Inc. is seeking a Patient Journey Partner to drive access to Roche innovations in Metro Manila and North/Central Luzon.

This field-based senior role partners with healthcare professionals, analyzes patient journeys, and delivers strategic omnichannel engagements to improve outcomes and access for patients. You will collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Digital and Access teams to execute plans, manage key accounts, and exceed performance KPIs.

Qualifications

• Healthcare professional qualification and/or life sciences degree with understanding of digital methods.
• Experience in sales/commercial/account management in healthcare or government hospital accounts.
• Strong knowledge of patient journeys in Oncology and engagement at specialist level.

Responsibilities

• Drive timely and sustained access to Roche innovations through field-based engagement with healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute SDN plans with high impact customer engagements and identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Implement omnichannel strategy to create a seamless customer experience across channels.
• Co-create customer solutions by understanding healthcare ecosystem needs and leveraging cross-functional teams.
