Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in commercial/marketing in pharma.
• Oncology TA experience is a plus.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Strong computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.
• Promotions and communications management experience.
• Strong analytical and people skills; budget/finance experience.
• Understanding of commercial strategy in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Therapy Area (TA) Strategy for the local affiliate.
• Translate global TA strategy into local short-, mid-, long-term plans.
• Own TA communications content, messaging, and materials for engagement.
• Conduct market reconnaissance: visits, research, analytics to spot opportunities.
• Review TA pipeline and adapt local launch strategies.
• Conduct market scoping, research, and pricing strategy for TA.
• Develop Access/HTA/PNF strategies for TA.
• Lead network guidance and enable customer-facing teams.
• Plan OBP for TA budget; consolidate investments; monitor KPIs and budget performance.
