Job summary

Merck is seeking a Field-Based Marketing Executive in Metro Manila to support the Product Manager in launching and growing a new oncology tumor indication. The role focuses on gathering field insights, engaging potential early adopters and prescribers, and executing tactics that drive access and adoption.

You will work with cross-functional teams to build tumor-specific knowledge, develop engagement plans, and ensure compliant, ethical promotion of the product while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field; MBA advantageous.
• 2-3 years in customer-facing, sales, marketing, or healthcare roles; oncology/hospital experience preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Develop tumor-specific insights and engage prescribers with clinical information.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deploy promotional and non-promotional activities.
• Build engagement and call plans with omnichannel approaches.
• Update HCP segmentation, personas, and adoption levels for decision making.
