Job summary

The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of oncology experience and strong clinical judgment. Candidate must hold an active PHRN license and an Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) certification from NCRA.

Qualifications

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years of Oncology clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, infusion center, oncology clinic, cancer registry, or clinical research settings.
• Strong understanding of cancer staging systems (TNM), biomarkers, and treatment modalities.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and abstract complex oncology patient data from medical records and healthcare systems.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, analytical thinking, and attention to detail in data abstraction.
• Maintain familiarity with oncology data standards, cancer registry reporting, and EHR navigation.
