We are looking for Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRN) with an active PRC license who meet either of the following qualifications:
Option 1: Hospital Experience
At least 2 years of acute hospital experience in any of the following areas:
Operating Room (OR)
Cath Lab
Endoscopy
OR
Option 2: US Healthcare Experience
At least 2 years of relevant US Healthcare experience in roles such as:
Clinical Abstractor
Medical Records Reviewer
Clinical Documentation Specialist
Other clinical documentation-related functions
Successful candidates should have:
Strong clinical documentation and medical record review skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and supplies
Experience reviewing and interpreting clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy
