We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with a strong background in Oncology to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to review, interpret, and abstract complex oncology patient data from medical records and healthcare systems. The ideal candidate possesses excellent clinical judgment, strong analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of cancer diagnosis, staging, treatment protocols, and patient care pathways.
Qualifications
Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Minimum 3 years of Oncology clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, infusion center, oncology clinic, cancer registry, or clinical research settings.
Strong understanding of:
Cancer staging systems (TNM)
Histology and tumor grading
Biomarkers and molecular testing
Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and radiation therapy
Proficient in navigating Electronic Health Records (EHR) and healthcare information systems.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in:
Clinical data abstraction
Medical chart review
Cancer registry reporting
Clinical research or healthcare analytics
Familiarity with oncology databases and registry systems.
Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) Certification from the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA).
