Job summary

Access Healthcare in the Philippines is seeking Registered Nurses (PHRN) with 2 years of bedside experience to join our growing healthcare BPO team in Pasay City. You will review patient records, handle denials, process reviews, and assist with appeals and authorization requests.

Onsite work is required, and ASAP availability is preferred to support a fast-growing operation. Ideal candidates hold a valid PHRN license with hospital bedside exposure across OR/ER/ICU/PACU/ward, and/or experience in

Qualifications

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• Hospital bedside experience in OR, ER, ICU, PACU, ward or post-operative care.
• BPO/denials-related experience is a plus but not required.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
• ASAP start is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review patient medical records and clinical documents.
• Handle medical denials and prepare appeal letters.
• Process clinical reviews and surgery authorization requests when needed.
• Ensure accurate billing and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve denied claims.
• Monitor denial trends and help improve the appeals process.
