Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Talent Operations & Onboarding Intern for the Orbit Team. This 100% onsite role offers exposure to high-volume HR operations, onboarding processes, and compliance tracking across multiple sites in the Philippines.

You will guide candidates through pre-employment steps, coordinate medical clearances, and maintain accurate onboarding records while providing proactive communication and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage administrative tasks with accuracy and speed.
• Strong communication skills for candidate engagement and updates.

Responsibilities

• Guide newly hired candidates through pre-employment journey and documents.
• Coordinate medical exams, background checks, and clearance submissions.
• Make high-volume follow-up calls and send updates to candidates.
• Inform candidates of official start dates, orientation schedules, and training.
• Maintain accurate tracking systems and recruitment logs to prevent bottlenecks.
