Job summary

ISTA Solutions is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to streamline administrative onboarding, scheduling, and documentation. You will coordinate background checks, maintain precise HR records, and act as the liaison between candidates, supervisors, and HR for onboarding and recruitment matters.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in HR/Recruitment/Onboarding.
• Fresh Graduates may apply.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
