Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Investment Operations Onboarding Associate in its Securities Services onboarding team. You will coordinate end-to-end setup for markets, custodians, brokers, and standing instructions to enable smooth launches and ongoing changes.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, validation, and on-time delivery to downstream teams, with a focus on orchestration across operations, technology, and external service providers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of custody operations, market onboarding, fund ops, reference data, and/or standing instruction setup experience.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to validate reference data (LEI, BIC, account details).
• Proven ability to manage multiple set-ups with competing deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder update skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end set-up and maintenance for markets, brokers, custodians, and standing instructions.
• Log and track onboarding/change requests with clear audit trails.
• Validate standing instructions and perform necessary validations before distribution.
• Collect and verify market identifiers and maintain reference data records for downstream processing.
• Coordinate readiness activities for new launches and ongoing changes.
