Job summary

MRI Software in Manila is seeking a Training and Onboarding Coordinator to support the Training Manager and onboarding team. You will prepare training agendas, conduct sessions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Experience using a real estate CRM is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Empathetic approach to training clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct onboarding training in collaboration with the client.
• Book external consultants when required.
• Schedule, allocate, and sequence training sessions accurately.
• Maintain training records and hours.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Training Manager.
• Respond to client requests for information and services.
• Prepare training agendas in readiness for client training.
• Act as first point of contact for onboarding training.
• Understand onboarding processes and cover for staff leaves.
• Deliver face-to-face training when required.
• Assist with monthly team reports.
