Job summary

MRI Software in Manila is seeking a Training and Onboarding Coordinator to support the Training Manager and onboarding team. You will prepare training agendas, conduct sessions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

The role emphasizes client-focused training, meticulous record-keeping, and collaboration with internal teams to create advocates for MRI residential products. Hybrid work and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct onboarding training in collaboration with the client.
• Book external consultants when required.
• Schedule, allocate, and sequence training sessions accurately.
• Maintain training records and hours.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Training Manager.
• Respond to client requests for information and services.
• Prepare training agendas in readiness for client training.
• Act as first point of contact for onboarding training.
• Understand onboarding processes and cover for staff leaves.
• Deliver face-to-face training when required.
• Assist with monthly team reports.

Job description

The Training and Onboarding Coordinator will provide internal support to the training manager and onboarding department. Assist with the onboarding of new clients by preparing and coordinating training agendas and conducting training sessions. Delivering a seamless onboarding training experience for our clients. This role will ensure that clients are trained smoothly and efficiently, in turn creating advocates of MRI residential products.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and conducts all admin and sales onboarding training in conjunction with the client
• External consultant booking when required
• Adhere to the administrative process to ensure the scheduling, allocation, and sequence of training sessions are captured and committed to in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintaining training records.
• Ensure a high level of commitment to service all clients.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Training Manager
• Monitoring expiring/expired training hours.
• Assist the Training Manager with the preparation of the team’s monthly report.
• Responds to client requests for information and related services.
• Prepare all training agendas in readiness for client training.
• First point of contact for all onboarding training.
• Understanding the onboarding process to cover when staff are on leave
• Face to Face training when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years experience in the Real Estate industry (If you an EA for a Sales Agent, Junior Assistant Property Manager, Receptionist at a RE Agency this role might be for you)
• Previous experience using a real estate CRM is an advantage (Box+Dice, Vault, Agent Box)
• Effective communication both written and oral
• High degree of problem-solving skills
• Strong time management skills
• Team player attitude
• Clear speaking voice for online training
• Empathy to understand each client that you are training, their needs, and the way they need to be trained
