• Lead cross-market initiatives balancing regional consistency with local requirements.

What you'll own

• Own and drive the onboarding and activation product strategy and roadmap across Asia markets, ensuring alignment customer and business goals.
• Lead customer-centric discovery initiatives, using data, insights, and research to identify opportunities, prioritize improvements, and reduce journey friction.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Revenue, Operations, and Customer teams define requirements, manage backlogs, and deliver scalable solutions through Agile frameworks.
• Measure and optimize product performance through activation, onboarding efficiency, customer experience, commercial metrics, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead complex, cross-market product initiatives and facilitate stakeholder alignment to balance regional consistency with local business requirements.

What you'll bring

• Proven product management experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, or payments environments, with end-to-end ownership of product lifecycle from strategy and discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, using data-driven insights to improve onboarding, activation, customer engagement, and growth outcomes.
• Skilled in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful product execution and business results.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience within FinTech, payments, merchant onboarding or eCommerce.
• Experience working across Asia-Pacific markets.
• Exposure onboarding, activation, risk, compliance or customer lifecycle products.
• Experience working in scale-up or high-growth environments.
