Responsibilities

• Address inquiries and resolve issues about missing/incomplete requirements.

Job description

• Assist bikers during the onboarding process and guide them through the application requirements.
• Collect and review required documents from applicants including:
  1. Motorcycle OR/CR
  2. Driver’s License (Restriction 1/A)
  3. NBI Clearance
  4. Barangay Clearance or Police Clearance
• Verify the authenticity and completeness of submitted documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct interviews with bikers to assess their qualifications, driving experience and readiness for the role.
• Provide clear instructions and support to applicants regarding onboarding procedures and document submission.
• Maintain organized records of applicant information and submitted documents for tracking and reference.
• Address applicant inquiries and assist in resolving issues related to missing or incomplete requirements.
• Ensure that all onboarding steps are completed before bikers proceed to the next stage of activation.
• Activate all bikers who successfully completed the onboarding process.
• Enroll bikers in insurance programs after account activation.
• Process IP enrollment for bikers who availed of ATD IP.
• Upload and maintain photos of biker accounts for proper documentation and monitoring.
• Monitor clawback cases and ensure accurate tracking of biker records.
• Monitor and process free top-up incentives for successfully onboarded bikers.

Requirements

• College Level/Bachelor's Degree

• 2 years experience

• Good Communication Skills, Computer literate, experience in google sheets, docs and forms.
