Angkas in Makati is seeking an Onboarding Associate to lay the foundations for smooth biker onboarding and robust process data. You will manage on-ground onboarding tasks, guide new bikers through the setup, and maintain accurate biker records.

The role involves inventory management, daily reconciliations, and preparing supplies for activation events, with a focus on clear communication and coordination. A flexible attitude and willingness to travel to events are required.

Qualifications

• Ownership or ability to operate a motorcycle is preferred.

• Assist new bikers with onboarding, including Telegram group integration and application guidance.
• Manage biker kit inventory, daily and monthly tallying, reconciliation, and supplies for offsite activations.
• Maintain and update the biker onboarding masterfiles through accurate data entry and cleanup of details.
• Perform daily ad-hoc tasks including summary report updates, biker photo uploading, and assessment form management.

TheOnboarding Associate, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen - from ensuring a smooth and efficient biker onboarding experience to managing the inventory and data integrity of the entire process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Execute on-ground onboarding tasks including jersey sizing, ID picture taking, biker kit tagging, and releasing.
• Assist new bikers with the onboarding process, including Telegram group integration and application guidance.
• Manage biker kit inventory, conducting daily and monthly tallying, reconciliation, and preparing supplies for offsite activations.
• Maintain and update the biker onboarding masterfiles through accurate data entry, copying, pasting, and cleaning of biker details.
• Perform daily ad-hoc tasks including summary report updates, biker photo uploading, and assessment form management.

Contract Length: 5 Months

• Senior High School Graduate or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with experience in an administrative role.
• Willing to work off-site and travel to various activation/event locations as needed
• Preferably owns and can operate a motorcycle
