Job summary

Cornerstone Energy Development, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Plant Engineer for our wind facilities in Libmanan, Camarines Sur.

You will oversee the technical operations, maintenance, and reliability of wind turbine generators and balance-of-plant systems, working closely with technicians, contractors, and OEMs to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. The role involves supporting troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and optimization of wind farm performance, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Licensed engineer is required.
• Experience with wind turbine systems and power plants is preferred.
• Willingness to work at remote wind farm locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of WTGs, substations, and BOP equipment.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Review maintenance plans and service procedures.
• Support condition monitoring and predictive maintenance actions.
• Coordinate with contractors and OEMs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
