Responsibilities

• On-site service visits including planned maintenance, callouts and repairs, ensuring adherence to safety instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact persons and end-users through proactive communication and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely back reporting of work performed at equipment level for e-Optimum and customer notifications.
• Safely manage the site environment and equipment, identify risks, and escalate as required.
• Support training/coaching as needed and contribute to ongoing safety, product and method improvements.
