Job summary

Brightstone in Mumbai, India, is seeking a Security Manager to oversee the safety and security of the designated site. You will lead security staff, coordinate emergency responses, and implement guarding strategies while maintaining security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include weekly fire drills, patrolling, access control, incident reporting, and vendor coordination to ensure secure operations. Strong communication and 5–8 years of security experience are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified degree holder with 5-8 years security experience.
• Relevant experience in required property type will be preferred.
• Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Supervising security staff, assigning/monitoring work assignments and providing training in daily security procedures.
• Maintaining and updating security policies, checklists and procedure manual.
• Managing all manpower records for on-roll and contract staff (training, compliance documents and scheduling details).
• Ensuring fire drill is carried out every week for security and unit staffs.
• Physically patrolling the designated area and monitoring access control points and alarms.
• Conducting Security investigations and preparation of Incident reports.
