Job summary

ACEN is seeking a Security Manager to oversee administration and implementation of security operations across project sites, safeguarding personnel, equipment, and materials while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting periodic risk assessments, designing site-specific security plans, developing ACP and CCTV guidance, enforcing policies, leading the security team, coordinating with PMT and external agencies, and implementing incident response protocols to

• Experience supervising security operations at large-scale project sites.
• Ability to develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify threats and update security plans.
• Design and implement security plans tailored to each construction project.
• Develop ACP and ensure proper visitor management and CCTV usage.
• Lead security team and coordinate with PMT on facilities and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with other departments and law enforcement on security matters.
