Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and familiarity with industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in CAD for reviewing and communicating technical concepts.
• Experience in project management for engineering or automation projects.
• Ability to conduct R&D activities to support product improvements and customized solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; licensure is an advantage.
• Effective technical sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, preferably in industrial or automation sectors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities, with attention to detail in technical documentation.
• Willingness to work on-site in General Mariano Alvarez and travel to client locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess needs and opportunities.
• Prepare technical proposals and quotations for engineered solutions.
• Present engineered solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with design engineers on system configurations and CAD drawings.
• Review CAD drawings and specifications for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with project management and manufacturing teams to support order fulfillment.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical input during installation and after-sales support.
• Document activities and report on sales progress; contribute to market research to identify opportunities.
