Responsibilities

• Attends to the daily concerns of residents and ensures that proper action is taken.
• Meet residents' needs, offer options, resolve problems, and give feedback to residents.
• Performs follow-up and monitors completion of all maintenance service requests.
• Assists residents in making arrangements for various services, inside or outside the property.
• Organizes and coordinates all special/social events for residents.
• Performs such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
