Responsibilities

• Scan all signed pick-up transmittal and save them in their corresponding client folder according to production run and product type.
• 100% accurate in encoding transmittal date, dispatch date, number of boxes/crates and courier to the Production Summary.
• Collect the following documents (pick-up transmittal of reprints, receipts to be inserted in the job bag).
