Qualifications

• Several years of Credit Control/Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Well organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely collection of account balances (household and non-household).
• Escalate overdue balances as needed and follow up via telephone and email.
• Coordinate daily banking, direct debits/credits, and account reconciliations.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports as required and support AP functions.
