Job summary

Hydropure Tech Philippines Corporation is hiring a Plant Operator to ensure safe, efficient operation of plant equipment and processes at our on-site facility. You will monitor, start/stop and adjust systems while maintaining production standards and safety compliance.

The role requires basic mechanical/electrical knowledge, strong observation and记录 keeping, and the ability to work with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or a technical/vocational qualification.
• Experience in plant operations or similar industrial environments is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and process equipment.
• Ability to read operating instructions, equipment manuals, gauges and diagrams.
• Basic troubleshooting, good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Willing to learn and work collaboratively with supervisors and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant machinery, equipment and process systems.
• Start up, shut down and adjust equipment per operating conditions.
• Monitor gauges, meters, control panels, alarms and instrumentation.
• Maintain accurate records of operating parameters and production data.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and proper housekeeping.
• Report leaks, abnormalities and safety concerns promptly.
